Many customers pay attention to ZZHZ after-sales service due to long journey for a launching gantry to reach the final worksite.  Actually ZZHZ also focuses more on it in order to avoid unnecessary troubles for both customers and us.

If  our products arise a quality problem, we have to spend a lot of time and money to solve it to the worksite, so we will reduce the quality problems to the least in the production, and we have good after-sales service for customers.

1. 1 year quality warranty from finishing installation and commissioning of the launching gantry

2. free maintenance if any quality problem in 1 year quality warranty, problems caused by misoperation could be solved with some necessary charges

3. ZZHZ will send 1 or 2 technicians to help installation and commissioning of cranes 1 month for free, help train staff of our user with free charge, but the user shall be responsible for their round-way tickets, food and accormdation, and safety.
