Technological process

1. Check concrete member or block, especially the channel for pre-stressed tendons which have to be smooth and unblocked without local bending and have a correct dimension and position;
2. Produce pre-stressed reinforcement according to demands and put it in the channel;
3. Check anchorage device, then install anchorage device and tensioning equipment, for straight pre-stressed reinforcement, ensure active line of tension force to overlap with centre line of channel in the tensioning process; for curved pre-stressed tendons, ensure active line of tension force to overlap with tangent line of central point at end part of channel,and pre-check tensioning equipment
4. Tension the pre-stressed tendons;
5. Grouting the channel to produce test cement paste block;
6. Pour terminal concrete and make a protective treatment, and maintain the concrete girder.
