What is full span method to construct bridge?

Full span method means to install one whole span precast girder at one time as the beam launcher constructs bridge. Generally the full span method is suitable for bridge with span 20-50m and girder weight 30t-900t, below are concrete steps:

HZQ900T bridge girder launcher

1. Gantry crane lift whole span precast girders on the girder carrier;
2. Girder carrier moves on the erected spans to carry precast girder to the rear part of beam launcher;
3. Beam launcher lifts and puts the precast girder to the final position, girder carrier returns to carry girders in the precast yard;

4. The beam launcher moves forward to install next span.
