What are Displacement Safety Measures for HZQ Bridge Girder Launcher?

When the bridge girder launcher moves, some necessary measures shall be taken to ensure safety of equipment and workers.

1. Lightning-protection measures shall be set up on the bridge girder launcher, especially in summer

2. Stop iron must be set at two ends of longitudinal or lateral sliding rails to ensure safety of bridge girder launcher displacement;

3. Long slope for longitudinal sliding rail layout shall be <3%, adjust to reach requisite gradient if it fails to meet the demand;

4. When the bridge girder launcher is in the down-slope working condition and long slope of longitudinal sliding rail is >1%~3%, winch must be used to drag and protect the bridge girder launcher to avoid sliding down.

5. Carrying capacity of square beam of launcher moving system shall meet related demands, stop iron must be set up at two free ends, special tools and alarming mark should be fit in launcher moving gearbox, if the launcher moving system is out of control caused by mechanical, electrical or operation failures, plug iron wedge into space between moving wheels and rails to stop continuous sliding of the bridge girder launcher
