1. How about the payment terms?
Pay 50% of the total price by T/T after signing the contract, another 50% will be paid by irrevocable L/C at sight
2. How about the time arrangement?
We will set HZQ50/150 launching gantry as an example, it will be shipped to Chittagong, Bangladesh from Zhengzhou, China
- After signing the contract, we will arrange to produce products. Usually the period of production is about 60 days
- Then arrange shipment in Tianjin Port, China, it will takes 15 days
- From delivering goods to receiving goods, it may takes 40 days bulk loads transportation
- Installation and commissioning period: about 30days
Kindly notice: The whole process may takes about 5 months (150 days), please make an early preparation to meet the requirement of time limit for a project
3. Quality assurance
a. We promise to provide a brand-new product in accordance with all technical qualification described in the materials
b. We are responsible for safety accident of the product caused by product design and manufacturing
4. After-sale service commitment
Our quality policy: careful manufacturing, quality first, customer supreme and sustainable development
- We will guide you to install and commission the products produced by our company
- We will send two technicians to buyer’s worksite to train their stuff if needed, but the buyer should be responsible for their food and accommodation, salary and round trip tickets
- 1 year quality warranty, lifetime maintenance service
- We will provide a list for wearing parts and prepare them for the buyer if needed.
