What is guide beam of HZP1600 segmental assembly launching girder?

Front and rear guide beams of HZP 1600 segmental assembly launching girder are arranged symmetrically, two types of truss in total, two sections 9.7m long, one section 6.6m long.

Guide beam of segmental assembly launching girder  is of rectangle truss structure, connected with upper and lower layers, process bars in the middle layer needs to be installed to avoid deformation of truss in the transportation, remove it in the normal construction. Gantry crane rails are set up on upper chord at outside of truss, 10t overhead crane rails are laid on upper chord at inside of truss, longitudinal sliding rails on bottom chord. Guide beam features simple structure and clear stress-bearing. Walkways are set up both on upper layer and lower layer for the convenience of construction.
