What are safety rules to disassemble the launching gantry?
After the launching gantry finishes installing precast girders, it needs to work in another worksite. With heavy weight, large volume and long distance, it is necessary to disassemble the launching gantry for a convenient transportation. Below are some rules that shall be followed:

- After the launching gantry finishes installing girders, rail shall be laid for launching gantry moving to bridgehead to be dismantled;
- Disassembly worksite shall be closed to prevent entering of irrelevant personnel. Workers in the worksite must wear safety helmet and protective shoes, safety belt is a must for workers on the main girder;
- Before disassembly electricians shall make a mark on all cables and wires. Machine crew shall make marks on hydraulic pipes, cylinders and other necessary parts for a convenience of disassembly and next assembly;
- Disassembly shall be commanded by person in charge of bridging and technical personnel in an reverse order of assembly;
- Sleepers are needed to support the main girder as disassembling it, sleeper stack shall be reliable and firm;
- If there have bolts that can not be dismantled temporarily, use diesel oil to infiltrate it firstly, then dismantle it, strike it with strong force or remove it forcibly after flame heating shall be forbidden. High tension bolts removed after flame heating must be declared useless, continuing to use is not allowed;
- Removed parts shall be maintained and stored by category, connecting parts for hydraulic pipes shall be sealed.
