HZQ high speed railway overhead launching gantry is specially designed for girder installation in high speed railway project. It features:

HZQ900 overhead launching gantry

1. Bottom launching nose for one span support the main girder, light weight and fast installation, especially convenient for curved bridge construction;

2. Front and rear column each bears 50% weight of support girder;

3. 3 steps to install girders, simple process:

a. launching nose moves forward to show the whole span;

b. girder installation;

c. the complete machine crosses spans.

4. Small launching nose is a little longer than one span, it does not bear weight of girder carrier and concrete girder, light weight;

5. Integrated control for control system, safe and reliable. Overcurrent, overvoltage and low-voltage protection devices are set in the circuit, limit devices are set for all movements;

6. Changing the position of support legs can realize span shift from 32m span to 24m span box girder in the same bridge, quite fast and convenient.

At present, the biggest overhead launching gantry made in ZZHZ is 900t, which can lift 900t girder for one span once.
