What are daily maintenance of hydraulic system and electrical system?

Hydraulic system and electrical system are quite important for normal operation of a launching crane, a daily maintenance is necessary.

Often check whether electrical instruments, operating switch and indicator are damaged or not, whether cables are broken, whether electrical cabinet and junction box are deformed, whether electrical elements in the cabinet is normal, whether all connecting points are firm and the contact point is damaged.

Before starting the equipment, carefully check, tighten and lubricate all parts, after confirming all works well, start and use the machine

During the running process, monitor running condition of mechanical parts and instrument indication signal, if it is abnormal (such as strong vibration, abnormal sound, abnormal smell, leakage, sudden change of temperature and pressure and others), stop to make a check immediately.

Oil for hydraulic system should refer to the operation instructions, keep hydraulic oil clean, work temperature should be kept in a range 30-80?, control the oil temperature as far as possible in the use process, the upper limit value is not allowed to exceed.
