The Explanation of The Walking Type Bridge Girder Launcher

Based on the actual construction requirement,the experience of our company and the advantages of other companies, the walking type bridge girder launcher is one kind of carefully designed and developed launching gantry, catering to the needs of the market.

The walking type bridge girder launcher consists of the main guiding girder, the front guiding girder, the auxiliary ejector rod(the front and middle one), the front, middle and back trigger, the horizontal guiding girder, the longitudinal trolley, the lifting trolley, the sliding rail, hydraulic systems, electrical control etc. They will be introduced one by one in the following:
The main guiding girder: it employs the castellated beam structure, bearing the whole weight of prefabricated beam; the lifting weight walks on the main guiding beam and under it are the sliding rails of the front and middle trigger.
The front guiding girder: it also uses the castellated beam structure with the effect of guiding the bridge girder launcher when it passes through the holes.

The longitudinal trolley: connected with the front and middle trigger, it can make the guiding girder walk longitudinally with the guiding girder in it.
The lifting trolley: the front and back lifting trolleys are equipped with the low-speed hoist, walking on the horizontal guiding girder to make the guiding girder walk horizontally.

The auxiliary push rod(the front and middle one): used as the operation of going through the hole, helping the front trigger and the middle trigger walk longitudinally and adjusting the main girder, bearing part of the weight.
