HZQ50-150 Highway Bridge Girder Launcher for Bangladesh Project
(1). General Overview
HZQ50/150 walking type bridge girder launcher is a new type bridge construction crane developed by ZZHZ to meet the market demand, according to practical working condition in Bangladesh combining successful experience of ZZHZ and other companies, main features of the bridge girder launcher are as follows:
1. Unique honeycomb girder is firstly made by ZZHZ, featuring light self-weight, large load and high wind resistance;
2. New type and reasonable structure, the bridge girder launcher takes construction characteristics of modern bridges into account, use CAXA to design the model, so it has a more extensive adaptability;
3. The bridge girder launcher uses ANSYS finite element software to optimize the structure, making the bridge girder launcher has a light weight and high stiffness;
4. Middle support legs do not move on the bridge deck, it is unnecessary to lay longitudinal sliding rails, which reduces the pressure on the bridge deck as well as saves construction cost, thus the bridge girder launcher has a larger adaptability to the box type precast girder.
5. The bridge girder launcher uses support legs to move forward by itself, so it can better adapt to longitudinal and lateral slope in the actual working condition as well as make the bridge deck bear safer and more reasonable force;
6. Front support legs and middle support legs can be adjusted at random, core plate has adjustable angle, which make the bridge girder launcher better adapt to construct curved bridge and skew bridge; as constructing the skew bridge, the position of front support legs and middle support legs can be changed according to the angle of skew bridge, the machine can construct skew bridge with angle below 45°.
7. Adding transverse moving trolley as the lifting trolley, the complete machine can move transversely to the right place with boundary beam, safe, reliable, simple and fast;
8. Main girder and main connection structures of the complete machine adopt mature pin connection structure, stable, reliable as well as fast assembly and disassembly (striking a pin only needs several minutes).

(4) Main structures and functions
HZQ50/150 walking type bridge girder launcher is mainly made up of main girder, front support leg, lifting trolley, middle support leg, rear bracket, rear support leg, electrical system and hydraulic system, all parts constitute a complete bearing structure system
1. Main girder
Main girder and launching nose assembly is made up of load-bearing main girder, front connection frame and rear connection frame, total weight about 90t
2. Front support leg
Front support leg is made up of bracket, inner sleeve, outer sleeve, connection beam, transverse moving gear box, transverse sliding rail, inclined strut, fixing device, rail clamping device, hydraulic cylinder and pins, total weight about 10t
Front support leg is important support of front part of the bridge girder launcher. Realize lifting and lowering the support leg by hydraulic cylinder and inner, outer sleeves; realize the complete machine moving transversely along the rail by transverse moving gearbox and transverse sliding rail; adjust angle to construct curved bridge and skew bridge easily by inner sleeve and connection beam; inclined strut make the right support leg and left support leg be connected as a whole.
3. Lifting trolley
Lifting trolley is made up of longitudinal moving gear box, transverse sliding girder and rail, transverse moving trolley, winch, movable and fixed pulley block and suspended beam, total weight about 13.5t
Lifting trolley is lifting mechanism, bottom longitudinal moving mechanism makes lifting trolley move forward along the rail on the main longitudinal girder; upper transverse moving mechanism makes lifting trolley move transversely along transverse sliding girder and rail; winch lifts and lowers the precast girder; above three parts and trolley steel structure is a whole part to finish lifting, moving, dropping, installing precast girders and other work, as well as to lift small articles to front abutment.

4. Middle support leg
Middle support leg is made up of hanging institution, roller institution, core plate, round girder, driving gearbox, driven gearbox, fixing device, transverse sliding rail and pins, total weight about 14.5t.
Middle support leg is important support of rear part of the bridge girder launcher. Realize the middle support leg moving forward by hanging institution; drive the main girder to move forward smoothly by roller institution; make the complete machine move transversely along the rail by transverse moving gearbox and transverse sliding rail; use core plate to adjust angle to construct skew bridge and curved bridge easily; round girder connects left support leg and right support leg
5. Rear bracket
Rear bracket is made up of hanging institution, roller institution, inner sleeve, outer sleeve, hydraulic cylinder and pins, total weight about 4t
Rear bracket is the support at rear part to make the main girder move forward as crossing piers. Move forwards along the bottom chord of the main girder by hanging institution; drive the main girder to move forward smoothly by roller institution; adjust the height of rear bracket by inner, outer sleeves and hydraulic cylinder to better adapt to cross piers as facing slope bridge.

6. Rear support leg
Rear support is made up of connection seat, inner sleeve, outer sleeve and pins, total weight about 1.5t
Rear support leg is an auxiliary support to carry the middle support leg and rear bracket, realize jacking and lowering the main longitudinal girder by cooperating with inner, outer sleeves.
7. Accessories
Accessories are made up of main girder accessories, front support leg accessories, lifting trolley accessories, middle support leg accessories, rear bracket accessories and other accessories, total weight about 5t
Most accessories are some auxiliary platforms and facilities in order to facilitate the construction, be convenient for supplying power for support legs and lifting trolleys, be convenient for operating.
8. Electrical system
Electrical system is made up of distribution box, circuit, motor, over-travel limit switches, alarming system and lightning system, power about 90kw,

Hydraulic system is made up of hydraulic station, cylinder, oil-way and other parts, front auxiliary support leg, front support leg and rear support leg are equipped with a hydraulic system respectively, independent control to ensure normal work of support legs.
