HZP1600 segmental assembly launching girder main girder is of steel box girder structure, made up of upper and bottom layer, connected by bolts in the middle. Total length of main girder is 58m, 5 sections in total, therein 11.75m long, 2 sections; 11.5m long, 3 sections. Main girder features simple structure, high stiffness, mature fabrication technology and other advantages.

Upper cover plate of main girder is equipped with rails for gantry crane and 10t overhead crane, space between two rails can be regards as working platform and cables laying platform for gantry crane and 10t overhead crane. Longitudinal slide-ways are arranged at two sides of bottom cover plate separately, longitudinal sliding rail at middle part. Hanging longitudinal girder is set up on top flange at inside of main girder

Upper and bottom connection beams are arranged on both ends of main girder.
