1. Front support leg

Front support leg is made up of hanging mechanism, roller mechanism, inner sleeve, outer sleeve, connection beam, rotary part, transverse moving gear box, transverse sliding rail, inclined strut, fixing device, auxiliary roller mechanism rail clamping device, hydraulic cylinder and pins.

Front support leg is important support of front part of the launching gantry. Realize lifting and lowering the support leg by hydraulic cylinder and inner, outer sleeves; realize the complete machine moving transversely along the rail by transverse moving gearbox and transverse sliding rail; adjust angle to construct curved bridge and skew bridge easily by adjusting inner sleeve and connection beam; inclined strut make the right support leg and left support leg be connected as a whole; use auxiliary roller mechanism to offset longitudinal impact on front support leg as crossing spans;

2. Middle support leg

Middle support leg is important support of rear part of the launching gantry. Realize the middle support leg automatic moving forward by hanging mechanism; drive the main girder to move forward smoothly by roller mechanism; make the complete machine move transversely along the rail by transverse moving gearbox and transverse sliding rail; use core plate to adjust angle to construct skew bridge and curved bridge easily; inner sleeve to adjust height and connection beam connects left support leg and right support leg

3. Rear bracket

Rear bracket is made up of hanging mechanism, roller mechanism, inner sleeve, outer sleeve, hydraulic cylinder and pins

Rear bracket is the support at rear part to make the main girder move forward as crossing piers. It can move forward automatically along the bottom chord of the main girder by hanging mechanism; drive the main girder to move forward smoothly by roller mechanism; adjust the height of rear bracket by inner, outer sleeves and hydraulic cylinder to better adapt to cross piers in slope bridge project

4. Rear support leg

Rear support leg is an auxiliary support to move the middle support leg and rear bracket, realize jacking up and lowering the main longitudinal girder by cooperating with inner, outer sleeves.
