What are assembly requirements on end formwork?

A bridge girder launcher is used to install precast girders in bridge construction, here we tell some parts on how to make a piece of girder with post-tensioning method.

Assemble the end formwork: end formwork is divided into upper, middle and bottom formwork, 3 parts in total, as assembling the formwork, firstly make pore-forming rubber pipe penetrate into corresponding holes in bottom and middle formwork, straighten the rubber hose at outside of end formwork by manual force after finishing assembling the end formwork, and check to ensure the straightness of rubber hose at end part. After lifting it into upper end formwork and connect firmly three parts, connect end formwork, side formwork and internal formwork together with bolts and support poles.
